In a bowl mix well butter, egg, honey and baby purée.

In a separate bowl mix flour, oats, cinnamon, baking powder and salt. Add the above mixture to make a dough.- 3
Coll dough in a fridge for at least 30 minutes. When ready to bake, take the dough out of fridge and let it sit for about 10 minutes.- 4
Form thick cookies and place them on baking sheet. Bake on a middle rack at 350 F until golden brown and edges are firm.- 5
