Dice red potatoes into small, thin cubes. Sautée in large non stick skillet. (I used non stick spray instead of oil/butter). Season potatoes with garlic powder & pepper.

When potatoes are mostly done, soft but still slightly firm, add your turkey and cook until brown.- 3
When turkey is done, add in your diced tomatoes with juices & minced garlic. Stir well to cover all potatoes and turkey. Season well with remaining seasonings.- 4
Add in drained can of green beans and stir.- 5
Cover and simmer on low for 5-10 minutes for potatoes and green beans to finish cooking.- 6
