Marinade chicken mince with sesame oil, chinese wine and white pepper. Mix well and set aside.

Add all other ingredients (except spinach and meat) in the rice cooker. Then add in 1-2 cups of water (depending on how thick you like your porridge to be). Mix well. Cook on white rice mode.- 3
Half way through cooking, add in baby spinach and minced chicken. Stir to mix well. Continue cooking till meat is done. Enjoy! - 2
