Mix eggs and water. Stir into flour. Mixture will be sticky.

In a saucepan bring chicken broth to a boil. Dip teaspoon into boiling liquid, then chip a small amount of dough onto spoon and drop dough into boiling broth. Repeat chipping dumplings until surface of liquid is covered. Cook about 1 min. Spoon into warm bowl add a pat of butter, salt and pepper.- 3
Repeat process until all mixture is used up. I generally use the entire stick of butter.Chef Note!
