In a large dutch oven over medium heat add in the olive oil.

Add in your garlic once oil is warmed. Stir and cook for 1 minute. Add in the onion and carrots.- 3
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.- 4
Add in tomato paste and stir. Cook an additional minute or two. Add in the ground turkey and cook until no longer pink. Now add in the spinach.- 5
Stir and add all spices. Then add broth.- 6
Simmer over a low heat for 30 minutes.- 7
Being that I cook this for my family too I now start a basmati rice for them. They add the rice into their bowls and then the soup. I eat it as is.- 8
