  Wash portobello mushroom in and out. Pat it dry then cut bacon.into small cubes

  Preheat oven then bake fir 15 mins at 220c.

  Make the sauce,heat small pan pour brown sugar and the balsamic vinegar.Continuesly stir until creamy.When the baked portebelo are baked.Transfer in.a plate then.pour the sauce.
