Add the first 3 ingredients in a skillet on medium heat. Steam and soften the chicken for a couple of minutes.

Add the ranch powder and cream cheese and allow to melt. Cook it down until the bubbles are thick. Cut the heat. We spooned ours into warm tortillas and added shredded cheese and sour cream. Tomorrow we’ll have it on Hawaiian rolls. - 2

Hey guess what?! I had some leftover chicken breasts and we needed a quick supper. We ate this hot in tortillas as wraps but will be fantastic tomorrow as a tasty chicken salad for lunch. It would be a really good quesadilla filling too.
