  First in a pan put some sunflower oil and roast cumin seeds+ginger+garlic+green chilli

  Now roast by adding chopped onions

  Make bit brown and add all the spices together at medium flame

  Add carrots and peas only

  Cover the utensil and check every after two minutes

  When carrots looks turning soft add potatoes

  Again cover the utensil until carrots turn very soft

  Stay at very low flame

  Garnish with coriander leaves

  Yummy and healthy carrots with peas are ready
