  Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes

  Peal baked sweet potatoes

  Mash pealed baked sweet potatoes

  Mix all ingredients, except the marshmallows

  Beat well, until light and fluffy. Add additional milk as necessary.

  Spoon sweet potato mixture into a buttered casserole dish

  Bake at 350°F until set, about 20 to 30 minutes

  Garnish with marshmallows

  Bake until marshmallows melt and begin to brown
