Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.

In a medium bowl, combine all the oats, wheat germ, coconut, nuts/seeds, salt, and cinnamon. Mix up with a large spoon.- 3
Mix in the honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.- 4
Spread over an oven sheet and bake for 30 minutes, mixing everything 10 minutes.- 5
Remove from oven and mix in the dried fruit. Let cool to room temperature.- 6
Store in a ziplock bag or container. Keeps indefinitely if stored in refrigerator!- 7
