These are all the ingredients you need. If you don’t want to make a bunch just cut the ingredients In half

Start by boiling your tomatoes to get them softer and using another pan at the same time to start frying your other vegetables (not cilantro) put some vegetable oil in the pan and cover with a lid- 3
Once you can peel your tomatoes like this, take off all the skin and add the tomatoes to your pan with veggies to get them a little bit toasty and softer- 4
Make sure to keep an eye on your garlic they cook fast and you don’t want to burn them they will come out first- 5
Your veggies are done when they look charred like this and nice and soft- let this cool down for about 45 minutes or so- 6
Once cooled down, take out all the seeds from your peppers (unless you like it very spicy then leave a few in)- 7
Blend all all your veggies and add your cilantro, generous amount of garlic salt, 2 tablespoons of chicken Bouillon, and your can of fire roasted tomatoes and blend to a smooth texture- 8
Add oil to your pan- 9
Once oil is hot, fry your salsa on medium low covered for 15 minutes this will make your salsa last longer and give it a better flavor taste it to see if you want more garlic salt or regular salt to your liking. Enjoy!Share This Recipe?
