  Grab a tortilla and use a small bowl to cut out a small circular shape.

  Place each shape into a muffin tin so they look like small cups.

  Mix the ground beef and taco seasoning into a pan and when it is done cooking place the meat in a bowl.

  Add the ground beef and whatever toppings you want into the tortilla cups.
