    Preheat the oven to 175 degrees

    Mix the flour, salt, olive oil, yoghurt in a bowl. Add water and work together into a dough

    Press the dough gently into the bottom and sides of the baking tray. Notch with a fork and pre-bake in the oven at 175 degrees for 15 min.

    In the mean time: medium heat olive oil in a pan and cook the mince. Add the spices when the mince is cooked through.

    Add the mince into the tray and add sliced tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in the oven until cheese is melted
