  Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl

  Whisk milk, butter, and egg in a separate bowl

  Add dry ingredients to milk mixture; whisk until just moistened. (Do not overmix; a few small lumps are fine.)

  Heat skillet with butter and make crepes/pancakes

  In the meantime, heat white chocolate and cream in a saucepan

  Add in the honey, lavender, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice

  Serve syrup on top of pancakes
