Mix all ingredients in a ziploc bag and marinate for at least 2 hours or longer or overnight.

Preheat oven to 425. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drain your steaks and blot them with paper towels. Lay on baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes,- 3
Take out of oven and Drain off liquid. Set your oven to broil HI. Brush a thick layer of bbq sauce on top of chops. Move oven rack almost to the top. Broil steaks for about 3-5 minutes per side, maybe a little longer. Broil until bubbly and caramelized. Keep a close watch on them.Chef Note!
