Wash moong daal, add 3 cups of water, washed and chopped green leaves.

Add green chillies, tomatoes, tamarind and turmeric, pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.- 3
Add salt and mash the cooked daal.- 4
Heat oil in wok add mustard and cumin seeds. Add red chilli and onions. After onions are done add mashed daal cook for 5 to 10 minutes.- 5
