Boil milk till it reduces to half the quantity.

Make paste of cashew and almond. Add it to the milk.- 3
Add sugar and cardamom powder and boil. Milk will become thick at this point switch off the flame and cool it to room temperature.- 4
Pour into mould and freeze for 12-15 hours. Remove from the mould and serve. - 2
