Brown sausage medallions in a pan over medium-high heat, about 5 minutes.

Add the cheese spread and milk. Lower heat to medium until cheese melts into a nice sauce.- 3
Lower heat to simmer and let simmer while cooking gnocchi.- 4
Cook gnocchi in a pot of boiling water for 4-6 minutes.- 5
Just before draining the gnocchi, put spinach in the pan with the sausage, for about 2-3 minutes, until spinach begins to wilt.- 6
Drain gnocchi, place in a serving dish and pour the sausage/spinach/sauce mixture over top and serve immediately.- 7
