Pound garlic and coriander root until get texture as shown -add all ingredients in minced pork and mix well

To prepare bitter melon remove as much white flesh as possible as shown -To make the bitter melon less bitter soak bitter melon in water and salt for approximately 10 mins -crush garlic and coriander root ready for soup stock- 3
Firmly pack bitter melon with the pork mixture as shown- 4
Add everything to pot before turning on heat -Cook on medium low approximately 15 mins and then skim the surface as show then turn to low heat and cover with lid for 1 hour **Do not remove the lid during the time **- 5
