Separated Rice noodles for easy fluffy when fried • and Whisk egg and put into strainer through to fry

Fried chopped garlic + sliced shallot with vegetable oil until get aroma • add tamarind juice + fish sauce + palm sugar + sugar and red food coloring • then reduce until get texture as shown • Add crispy noodle and mix well •after mixing continue mix noodle and sauce with low heat for few minute help extra crispy ☺️ • Add chive and mix together • Done..!!😋😋 - 2
