  Starting with slow cook soup with pork bone • salt • rock sugar•soy sauce • turnip • onion •coriander root • garlic •white peppercorn •simmer and skim 1 hour on low heat • keep continue skim surface until clear • Add homemade pork balls

  Springy pork mixture • blend pork mince until get texture as shown then freezer for 30 mins • after 30 mins seasoning with chicken powder no MSG + soy sauce + white pepper powder + corn starch • mix and massage and keep in fridge until ready to cook • add pork mixture in ladle to help keep it shape and cook in soup as shown

  Crispy garlic oil • vegetable oil + chopped garlic fried on low heat until starting turn brown color then remove 😋

  Blanch noodle and bean sprout then mix with crispy garlic oil • add springy pork + pork meatballs • before serve on top with coriander leave + spring onion and crispy garlic • Done 😋😋
