Rinse the prawns and mussels. Use a pair of scissors to cut off the prawn mustache and legs. Debeard mussels.

Fill a large pot halfway with water and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and corns. Cook for 5 minutes. Add lemon wedges, prawns, mussels, enoki mushrooms and fish balls. Cook for 5 minutes. Drain and discard lemon.- 4
In a big skillet over medium heat, add butter. Once butter is melted, stir in the minced garlic. Cook for 3 minutes.- 5
Add the seafood seasoning. Stir to mix. Add 1/2 cup of water. Turn off the heat.- 6
