Mix flour, yeast & salt.

Add Vegetable oil, sugar, room temperature water then mix.- 3
Add the rest of water & keep mixing. Once it begins to form a thick texture take out the dough on a well floured surface.- 4
Knead the dough, add pinch fulls of flour and keep kneading for 15 minutes.- 5
Let rest for 30 minutes- 6
Knead again to remove any air pockets for 10 minutes then let rest for 30 minutes.- 7
Roll dough and make circle shapes to make the arepa- 8
Oil lightly to coat the pan and add flour to the pan- 9
Add the filling of your liking- Im using a super seasoned beef- 10
THIS is how they should look completed. Optional- you can add egg wash on them to give them color before placing in oven.- 11
