Grab your herbs,knife 🔪, and, cutting skills. Fine chop all ingredients and choose dry or fresh herbs how you please. Parsley/dill/tarragon/tyme/garlic/ginger/pickle/capers/onion. Add all ingredients to the sauce simmer uncovered stirring occasionally. 30m mark 1h total- 5
Now this would be the time to work your kitchen magic with the rest of your well planed dish. Fish,rice,veg 🐟 🍚 🌽 usually would go great together maybe a salad to start.🍲- 6
And that is all you can rest the sauce for about 5 mins off the heat to thicken then pour onto fish/vegetables 1h to 1 1/2h mark. TIME TO EAT !
